Compass Home Help was born from a simple but powerful idea: that practical, compassionate support at home can make an enormous difference to someone's quality of life — and that it should be delivered by people who genuinely care.

Craig brings over 15 years of experience as a registered healthcare practitioner. He has spent his career working closely with patients who are anxious or vulnerable and potentially not as capable of performing certain tasks as they once had been, understanding first-hand the challenges that come with ageing, illness, or simply needing a little extra help. That clinical background means every visit is carried out with a level of awareness and sensitivity that goes beyond a standard home help service.

Laura's background as a chartered accountant means the business side of Compass Home Help is run with the same care and integrity we bring to every client visit. Transparent pricing, clear communication, and a commitment to doing things properly — always.
